Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our digital framework, requiring a professional who can craft exceptional user experiences and visually engaging interfaces for management and client review. You will be responsible for developing intuitive user journeys, creating modern UI designs aligned with brand identity, and collaborating cross-functionally with developers and marketing specialists. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seamless and intuitive user experiences to enhance engagement across our Dubai digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing and modern UI designs that meet management and brand identity standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and creative teams regarding project workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and usability optimization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve user journeys to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and tools like Figma or Adobe XD for high-standard design execution.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience in UX/UI design roles with an impressive portfolio of previous work.
- Strong background in management of design systems, usability testing, and visual interface components.
- Professional background in education or training regarding the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar industry-standard design platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
