Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end shipment operations across air, sea, and land for management and client review. You will be responsible for preparing essential shipping documents, tracking cargo movements, and communicating with carriers and international agents. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Freight Forwarding and a thorough understanding of customs compliance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for air, sea, and land freight to ensure timely cargo movement across our Dubai hub.
- Prepare and verify critical documentation including Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), and invoices to meet management and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and carrier teams regarding shipment tracking, status updates, and overseas agent coordination.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain high service quality and adherence to customs regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and shipping systems for accurate record maintenance and operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Strong background in management of multi-modal freight processes and operational workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international shipping documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with partners across different regions.
- High attention to detail and the capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
