Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Denodo Developer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our data framework, requiring a professional who can design and maintain Denodo data views to support analytics for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for integrating multiple data sources, including databases and APIs, while ensuring seamless data services for BI tools. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in SQL Fundamentals and a proactive approach to data virtualization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop base, derived, and interface views in the Denodo Platform to meet management and BI requirements.
- Integrate diverse data sources, including SQL databases, REST APIs, and flat files across our Dubai operations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and analytics teams regarding data model documentation and production deployments.
- Implement joins, filters, and complex transformations while performing rigorous unit testing and data validation.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology techniques for performance tuning and issue resolution within the data services layer.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Development or Business Intelligence.
- Strong background in management of SQL, data modeling concepts, and REST API data formats.
- Professional background in education or training regarding the Denodo Platform and data virtualization governance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence and data integrity.
- Denodo Developer certification is a significant advantage for this performance-driven role.
