Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai immediately. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can provide comprehensive technical support and manage network administration for management and staff review. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, overseeing system maintenance, and ensuring 100% connectivity across our Dubai sites. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in System Security and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and complex network issues across our Dubai offices.
- Manage network administration to ensure smooth connectivity and meet management and operational standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and engineering teams regarding hardware procurement, system updates, and user access.
- Oversee system maintenance, data protection, and cybersecurity protocols to prevent operational delays.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology tools for proactive monitoring and prompt resolution of user-end technical issues.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong background in management of multi-user systems, connectivity protocols, and data security.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft systems, network architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining in the UAE.
