Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer for an onsite contractual role in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can craft intuitive interfaces for management and product review. You will be responsible for building user experiences tailored for Open Banking and API-based ecosystems, creating high-quality wireframes, and designing data-intensive dashboards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Digital Financial Services and a proactive approach to usability and accessibility. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design clean and engaging user interfaces to meet management and user engagement targets.
- Execute high-quality visual designs in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in complex workflows, dashboards, and consent-driven flows.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and cross-functional teams (developers and product managers) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve the accessibility and interaction design of modern banking systems.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to build prototypes for Open Finance and API-driven platforms.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Computer Science plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in UI/UX design for Fintech or Banking.
- Strong background in management of complex workflows, information architecture, and data-intensive dash-boarding.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Open Finance ecosystems and API-driven platform design.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a well-developed portfolio, and proficiency in modern design software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.
