Job Description:
A senior leadership opening is available for a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to head client acquisition across the GCC. This strategic role owns entire accountability over driving multi-entity staffing contracts, expanding the regional corporate pipeline, and securing long-term service agreements with enterprise accounts throughout Dubai, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across IT and non-IT staffing and consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key executive decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue high-value revenue opportunities in the UAE and broader Middle East market.
- Negotiate enterprise service contracts and close commercial deals to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales jobs plans aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for seamless candidate fulfillment execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity within the global staffing industry.
🔹 Requirements:
- 8–15 years of deep professional experience in business development within the staffing or corporate consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of high-yield performance in IT and non-IT recruitment sales and client acquisition.
- Exceptional contract negotiation, commercial communication, and corporate relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive revenue growth, execute corporate pitches, and manage complex key accounts.
- Familiarity with tracking platforms and advanced enterprise resource management databases common in modern Information Technology systems.
- Deep strategic knowledge of the Middle East workforce market and modern corporate procurement trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline from an approved higher education institution.
