Job Description:

We are executing a major corporate expansion and are urgently seeking skilled, solution-driven IT professionals to fill ten high-impact vacancies across our digital customer care and enterprise support divisions in Abu Dhabi. These full-time roles span various expertise tiers—ranging from foundational helpdesk engineering to advanced service architecture—focusing on optimizing system performance and streamlining client tech frameworks under our unified service delivery management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-precision L1/L1.5 technical assistance, managing and closing automated service desk tickets within established timelines.
  • Govern 24/7 technical helpdesk operations across multi-site retail platforms and distributed corporate network topologies.
  • Deliver responsive on-site technical diagnostics, equipment configurations, and emergency hardware support across assigned UAE areas.
  • Troubleshoot intricate software conflicts, device connectivity failures, routing anomalies, and hardware assembly bugs.
  • Liaise directly with external technology vendors to handle component warranties, software patches, and complex system escalations.
  • Support business critical enterprise applications including SAP ERP software, electronic POS units, transaction gateways, and mobile interfaces.
  • Manage local network switchboards, secure client endpoints, directory permissions, and centralized infrastructure hardware.
  • Audit daily operational workflows to ensure complete alignment with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
  • Draft analytical operational reports, monitor systemic trends, and suggest process enhancements to optimize tech infrastructure.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related electronic track.
  • Possession of an ITIL Foundation certification or deep practical familiarity with structured IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred.
  • Prior professional background operating within high-volume retail logistics or distributed multi-site enterprise environments is a major advantage.
  • Successful corporate experience inside the United Arab Emirates market is highly preferred across all technical, administrative, and managerial roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to confidently document technical incidents and interface professionally with corporate clients.
  • Proven capacity to perform accurately within demanding, 24/7 rotating shifts and fast-paced technological environments.
  • Role-specific technical expertise (e.g., routing protocols for network roles, database query skills for application specialists, or vendor management instincts for coordination roles).
