Job Description:

The IT Support Engineer will deliver on-site and remote technical support, manage Microsoft 365 environments, configure network firewalls and VPNs, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues for client environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote IT support across client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and user environments.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity.
• Respond to technical support requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for in-person work.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Fortinet and Sophos Firewalls, VLANs, Routing, and VPN configurations.
