Job Description:
The Junior Technical Assistant will support daily IT operations, assist with hardware and basic network troubleshooting, help configure equipment, and maintain technical documentation in Dubai, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the technical team with daily IT support and operational tasks.
- Help troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and technical issues.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain technical records and assist with system documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to internal teams when required.
🔹 Requirements:
- Freshers with good foundational technical knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
- Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Hardware & Networking.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates and available for immediate joining.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, basic networking concepts, and system maintenance.
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within an IT infrastructure environment.
