Job Description:

The CRM Automation Specialist will optimize Information Technology and CRM workflows, automate lead management systems, and integrate platforms to support sales and marketing performance across the organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Automate lead management, routing, and nurturing processes.
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality and accuracy.
• Configure and manage CRM platform integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.
• Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements.
• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Generate reports and insights to support business decisions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in CRM management and workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and third-party integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Real estate or sales CRM experience will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, lead routing, lead nurturing, automation tools, and data reporting.
