Job Description:
The IT Executive will manage daily IT operations, provide technical support to internal staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and oversee company website maintenance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Manage and maintain company websites and related technical requirements.
- Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth operation of infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical assistance and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Handle IT challenges with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
🔹 Requirements:
- UAE experience in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware and software support.
- Knowledge of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience in website management and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
