Job Description:

The System Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions while ensuring secure and reliable data movement across multiple financial and business systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze integration requirements and define data ingestion patterns into Snowflake.
• Build and support integrations with portfolio management, accounting, investment, market data, APIs, databases, file repositories, and vendor platforms.
• Design batch, scheduled, file-based, API-driven, and database integration workflows.
• Support secure connectivity, authentication, encryption, data transfer, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Snowflake Data Engineers to validate, transform, and deliver data for downstream processing.
• Support historical data migration and backfill activities.
• Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, reconciliation checks, and ingestion controls.
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to APIs, databases, networks, permissions, and source systems.
• Prepare integration specifications, data flow documentation, schedules, and operational runbooks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration, Data Integration, ETL/ELT, API Integration, or Middleware.
• Experience working with financial, investment, accounting, or market data systems.
• Strong technical background in cloud data platforms, APIs, databases, and enterprise security frameworks.
