Job Description:
The Senior Network & Security Engineer will architect Cisco SD-WAN networks, manage FortiGate firewalls, tune F5 WAF policies, and support Cisco CUCM voice under IT management in Dubai. Explore further cybersecurity and infrastructure opportunities on our IT jobs portal.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking and security infrastructure.
- Configure Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, and Cisco CUCM voice systems.
- Administer FortiGate firewalls, IPsec VPNs, NAT, UTM features, and High Availability setups.
- Configure and optimize F5 WAF/ASM application security policies against web vulnerabilities.
- Monitor network health, troubleshoot complex tier-3 incidents, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to deliver scalable IT security solutions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network design and security operations.
- Expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond) and Cisco Voice (CUCM, dial plans, gateways).
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls, High Availability, and F5 WAF/ASM policies.
- Solid grasp of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Preferred certifications: CCIE/CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, or F5 Certified Specialist.
