Job Description:

The Wireless Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining wireless networks to ensure secure and efficient connectivity across client systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, RF analysis, and wireless infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Access Point (AP) joining, routing, and switching configurations.
• Conduct site surveys and assess wireless coverage quality.
• Implement and optimize RF fundamentals including RRM and DCA.
• Manage and troubleshoot WLC models (9800, 5520).
• Diagnose Wi-Fi connectivity issues and perform AP configurations.
• Ensure stable and secure wireless network operations through proactive optimization.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong understanding of Radius and TACACS authentication systems.
• Knowledge of Access Point models, antenna types, and wireless protocols.
• Proficiency with SSID/BSSID configuration and Wi-Fi roaming fundamentals.
• Experience with SNR/RSSI analysis and FlexConnect Mode operations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in wireless network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive communication.
• Immediate availability preferred.
