Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to support our expanding site operations in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can record daily workforce attendance and manage timesheets for management and payroll review. You will be responsible for tracking working hours, overtime, and leave details while ensuring all data aligns with UAE labor regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Workforce Monitoring and hands-on experience in construction or landscaping environments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record daily workforce attendance, including working hours, overtime, and leave across our UAE project sites.
- Update and manage timesheets and attendance systems to ensure all data meets management accuracy standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and site supervisors regarding manpower verification and payroll processing support.
- Monitor absenteeism and workforce movements with a high level of attention to detail and compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and Microsoft Excel for precise timekeeping reports and data maintenance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar timekeeping or administrative role within the construction sector.
- Strong background in management of timesheet systems, workforce data, and site-level reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor regulations and payroll coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern attendance tracking software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse site and administrative teams.
