Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can effectively manage supply chain operations, ensure efficient procurement, and oversee receivables for management and financial review. You will be responsible for tracking shipments, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating with the finance team to track outstanding payments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Logistics and Procurement and proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure efficient stock management across our Dubai facilities.
- Track shipments and manage purchase orders to meet management and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and finance teams regarding receivables tracking, supplier agreements, and payment resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking through proactive data analysis.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) for accurate record-keeping and performance reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of inventory control, shipment tracking, and receivables coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding import/export regulations and contract documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP software like Oracle or SAP.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
