Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Buyer / Purchasing Senior Officer to manage end-to-end procurement processes within the oil & gas and manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical components sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of heavy equipment parts and mechanical components for oil & gas projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers within the UAE and internationally.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure best value and timely procurement.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company and project standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and project teams to meet equipment sourcing needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in purchasing mechanical equipment or spare parts for the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proven background in vendor management and supplier network development.
  • Experience in manufacturing or oilfield equipment companies preferred.
