Job Description:

The Purchase Executive (Arabic Speaking) will identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, oversee material procurement schedules, coordinate inventory needs, and optimize procurement costs for Madar Emirates for Building Materials LLC in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and purchase materials from approved suppliers at competitive prices.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support ongoing business operations and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining product quality and service standards.

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in purchasing or procurement.
Prior procurement experience within steel, building materials, or construction industries is preferred.
Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain tracking skills.
Current physical presence and availability in the UAE.
