Job Description:

The Senior Customer Service Executive will coordinate import and export shipments, maintain customer relationships, manage documentation, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate shipment updates.
• Manage and coordinate import and export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and internal departments.
• Monitor vessel schedules, bookings, documentation, cut-off times, and shipment status.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and operational challenges promptly.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and overseas partners.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and shipments while meeting operational deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Import and Export procedures.
• Experience in Sea Freight and/or Air Freight operations.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned customers and shipments.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
