🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell comprehensive travel packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, and customized holiday itineraries to individual and corporate clients.
• Assist clients with outbound destination inquiries, travel insurance options, and visa application guidance.
• Build and maintain strong ongoing client relationships to generate repeat sales and long-term business growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets through proactive customer service and follow-ups.
• Resolve client queries promptly while offering tailored travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budgets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in travel agency sales and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of popular outbound travel destinations, international holiday packages, and airline booking protocols.
• Hands-on familiarity with visa documentation processes, travel regulations, and customer support standards.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-centric sales approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently hit key performance and sales metrics.
