Job Description:

The AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer will architect enterprise banking platforms, build GenAI-powered features, develop React/TypeScript frontends, and implement microservices under technical management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-native full-stack software applications for high-scale enterprise banking platforms.
  • Build scalable microservices and secure REST APIs using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js, and Python.
  • Develop responsive, high-performance frontend web applications utilizing React and TypeScript.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering techniques, and LLMs into application workflows.
  • Implement secure cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to secure coding standards, OAuth2/OIDC protocols, and OWASP guidelines.


### 🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Mandatory strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript combined with robust backend skills (Java, Spring Boot, Python).
  • Hands-on production experience building AI-native or Generative AI applications (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, MCP).
  • Extensive knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
  • Previous experience within Banking or Financial Services (Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking) is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with only backend experience or limited AI exposure will not be considered.
