Transbay Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Clerk to join its team in JAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customs documentation, coordinating cargo movement, supporting land freight operations, and ensuring shipments are cleared efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customs documentation, including passing Bills of Entry.
• Handle customs clearance procedures using Dubai Trade and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with transport teams to ensure timely cargo movement and deliveries.
• Manage land freight operations and monitor shipment status.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and complete.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience in customs clearance is essential.
• Hands-on experience in passing Bills of Entry.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Trade platform.
• Experience in land freight operations and transport coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
