Job Description:

The Marketing Lead will manage paid media campaigns (Google/Meta/TikTok), track GA4 analytics, optimize conversion funnels, and scale ROAS in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and A/B testing.
• Improve landing page conversions and technical SEO to boost organic acquisition.
• Monitor end-to-end campaign tracking utilizing GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze acquisition metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and deliver executive performance reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience across multi-brand environments.
• Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 tracking setup.
• Strong analytical capabilities in scaling paid ad campaigns profitably.
• Proven experience managing creative agency partners and internal media teams.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
