Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our transformation framework, requiring a professional who can gather detailed business requirements and analyze operational processes for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FRS), performing data analysis, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Process Mapping and strategic decision-making support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder workshops across Dubai projects.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify efficiencies and meet management improvement standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams regarding UAT coordination, user stories, and smooth system implementation.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to support high-level strategic findings and recommendations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and BI platforms for data interpretation and requirement tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of requirements gathering, BRD/FRS documentation, and stakeholder relations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Agile/Waterfall methodologies and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
