Job Description:

We are currently hiring an Ambassador – Customer Excellence to join our 24-hour service department in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can provide outstanding support across multiple channels for management and client review. You will be responsible for handling inquiries via calls, emails, and chats while ensuring a high-quality experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Bilingual Communication (Arabic/English) and a proactive approach to issue resolution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and timely customer support through calls, emails, and digital chats to meet management and quality standards.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across our Dubai service platforms.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding service protocols and departmental procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and contact center tools for high-efficiency communication and service delivery.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Mandatory Fluency in Arabic (Verbal and Written) alongside professional English skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the UAE, ideally within the Financial Sector.
  • Strong background in management of customer interactions, problem-solving, and contact center etiquette.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding customer-centric service and departmental protocols.
  • Candidates must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
