Job Description:

We are currently expanding our operations and looking to hire an experienced Procurement Head to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can lead sourcing activities and develop procurement strategies for management and growth review. You will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and ensuring consistent product availability across retail channels. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Electronics Trading and a proactive approach to inventory optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s expansion and operational goals in Dubai.
  • Manage supplier sourcing processes and negotiate contracts to meet management and cost-efficiency standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and distribution teams regarding vendor performance and internal supply chain protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels for IT products, mobile devices, and home appliances to minimize risks associated with excess stock.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for performance evaluation through KPIs and demand planning optimization.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • 7 to 12 years of professional experience in procurement within the electronics retail or distribution industry.
  • Strong background in management of supplier relationships, cost management, and inventory optimization.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding import regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work effectively in a fast-growing retail environment.
  • Deep understanding of Information Technology trends within the consumer electronics and mobile sector.
