Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial & Estimation Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can oversee commercial operations and cost estimation for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for preparing project budgets, managing financial forecasts, and handling complex contract negotiations for high-rise building projects. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and a proactive approach to risk assessment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial operations and cost estimation activities to meet management and project objectives.
• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets and financial forecasts across high-rise developments in Dubai.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams to ensure effective contract administration and risk assessment.
• Monitor project costs to ensure 100% data integrity and strict adherence to cost control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to provide detailed commercial analysis and comprehensive reporting to senior management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Proven professional experience specifically in commercial management and estimation within the construction sector.
• Strong background in management of high-rise building projects and financial planning.
• Professional background in education or training regarding budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong negotiation skills in the UAE market.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
