Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Procurement Officer to join our professional hospitality team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage purchasing activities for management and budget review. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services aligned with company standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in the JANA System and a proactive approach to maintaining cost-effective purchasing strategies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all procurement activities to meet management and hospitality operational targets.
• Source and evaluate suppliers in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in procurement records and documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal hotel units to understand purchasing requirements and ensure service quality.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value and quality while maintaining strong, long-term supplier relationships.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and the JANA system to effectively manage purchasing processes and monitor vendor performance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• 3–5 years of professional experience specifically within hospitality procurement in the UAE.
• Strong background in management of the JANA system (Mandatory) and purchasing workflows.
• Professional background in education or training regarding vendor management and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support smooth hospitality operations in Dubai.
