Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle multi-channel inquiries for management and service quality review. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to meet management and service excellence targets.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in communication records, transactions, and service reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate efficient service operations and smooth workflow.
- Uphold professional standards and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and communication platforms to optimize response times and professional service reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience specifically in a customer service role (Facilities Management background is a strong advantage).
- Strong background in management of client relationships, problem-solving, and administrative multitasking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding interpersonal communication and customer experience standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard FM organization in Dubai.
