Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Inventory Manager to lead our operations across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee inventory control systems for management and logistics review. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing best practices across our warehouse network. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain optimal stock levels to meet management and operational efficiency targets.
• Implement inventory control policies in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in stock movements, discrepancy tracking, and loss prevention documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives and streamline supply chain performance.
• Analyze inventory data and generate comprehensive reports while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and warehouse systems to optimize inventory tracking and professional logistics reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience specifically managing inventory operations within the UAE market.
• Strong background in management of inventory control systems, warehouse logistics, and team leadership.
• Professional background in education or training regarding supply chain processes and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a growing logistics network in Dubai.
