Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee vehicle operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily transportation activities for management and logistics review. You will be responsible for vehicle utilization, coordinating maintenance, and supervising driver performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet activities and vehicle allocation to meet management and operational delivery targets.
• Support logistics integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in vehicle maintenance records, RTA documentation, and insurance renewals.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and drivers to assign routes, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company safety policies.
• Coordinate routine servicing and inspections while utilizing GPS systems to optimize routes and monitor real-time vehicle movement.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office to optimize fleet tracking and professional operational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Business Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience specifically in fleet management (Medical Equipment Supplies sector preferred).
• Strong background in management of driver teams, vehicle repair coordination, and RTA compliance.
• Professional background in education or training regarding GPS tracking systems and route optimization techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and effective team coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume logistics operation in Dubai.
