Job Description:
Penta Ztudio is recruiting a qualified Interior Designer and an experienced Operations Manager to join its growing Dubai team. The Interior Designer will develop creative space planning concepts and technical design documentation. The Operations Manager will oversee fit-out site operations, direct workflow schedules, lead project coordination, and maintain project quality and timelines across active project sites.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Coordinate project operations and ensure smooth execution of fit-out activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and operational performance.
- Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.
🔹 Requirements:
- Interior Designer: 2–3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out projects, and space planning with proficiency in design software.
- Operations Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with 3–5 years of operational/project coordination experience in fit-out or construction (UAE experience preferred).
- A valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory for the Operations Manager position.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out operations, construction workflow, and project site coordination.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and inter-departmental communication skills.
