Job Description:

The Store In-Charge will oversee warehouse operations, process GRNs and delivery orders via ERP software, perform regular stock reconciliations, manage material issues, and lead warehouse assistants for Thomsun General Trading in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepare GRN, Delivery Orders, sales invoices, and sales return entries through the ERP system.
• Ensure all deliveries are supported by valid ERP-generated Delivery Orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, non-moving items, and slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation for sales returns, cash collections, and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate maintenance and renewal of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and security standards.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic warehouse reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience, preferably in a general trading environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP software, stock documentation, GRNs, and Delivery Orders.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, inventory auditing, and stock reporting.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication abilities.
