Job Description:

The Recruiter (UAE National) will source and screen talent, perform candidate evaluations, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with client stakeholders, and track recruitment metrics using ATS platforms in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for various roles.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and support high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

• Prepare recruitment reports and update applicant tracking systems when required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory UAE National status (Emirati candidates only).
• Experience in manpower supply, staffing agencies, or workforce solutions is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment reporting.
