🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security officers and oversee daily guarding operations across client sites.
• Enforce client safety standards, access control rules, and emergency procedures.
• Investigate incidents, draft detailed security reports, and brief facility management.
• Conduct shift briefings, guard training, and performance reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or supervisory guarding.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for incident reporting and scheduling.
