Job Description:

The Assistant Buyer – Fragrance will manage product assortment planning, vendor coordination, stock inventory control, and commercial sales analytics for fragrance categories in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support fragrance buying operations, product selection, and seasonal merchandise planning.
• Coordinate with regional and international suppliers to manage procurement and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory turnover, and overall warehouse stock health.
• Analyze product sales performance, category growth, and market trends to drive strategy.
• Assist in managing product pricing, profit margins, and commercial vendor negotiation.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an Assistant Buyer within fragrance or beauty retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail buying procedures, procurement, and stock management.
• Proven track record in retail sales analysis, stock control, and range planning.
• Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
