About the Role:
EL&N London is hiring a CDP (Chef de Partie) for its new outlet at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi. This is a crucial role for an energetic and professional culinary team member, dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency in a stylish, fast-paced café brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a designated kitchen station (e.g., pastry, hot line).
- Prepare all menu items to specification, ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory and ordering for the assigned station.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a senior station role.
- Estimated qualification in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong professionalism, energy, and a passion for great food.
