Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious professionals to join our expanding Real Estate Division in Abu Dhabi. These roles are fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring individuals who can assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties for management and investment review. We are hiring for Senior Property Consultants, Off-Plan Sales Consultants, Leasing Consultants, Office Admins, and Compliance Sales Executives (CAMS). We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in UAE Property Brokerage and a proactive approach to relationship management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and present property listings to potential buyers and tenants to meet management sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and investors in Abu Dhabi to ensure a robust inventory.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and administrative teams to coordinate smooth property transactions and client communications.
- Manage property documentation and ensure full compliance with internal policies and UAE real estate regulations to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and marketing support to optimize property listings and lead conversion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Sales.
- UAE Real Estate Experience is highly preferred, especially for senior and compliance-focused roles.
- Strong background in management of client relationships, property leasing, or administrative coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding CAMS compliance (required for Compliance Sales Executive role).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a passionate, results-oriented attitude in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage confidential property and client files.
