Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Videographer to join our marketing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our branding framework, requiring a professional who can produce visually compelling content for management and marketing review. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Cinematic Production and a proactive approach to visual storytelling across digital platforms. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos to meet management and property marketing targets.
• Operate advanced camera and lighting equipment in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in visual brand messaging.
• Liaise with the Human Resources, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate impactful content for social media and presentations.
• Manage video projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring high attention to detail in composition and framing.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and modern production techniques to stay updated with real estate videography trends.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, or Videography.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically in real estate videography within a competitive market.
• Strong background in management of production timelines, advanced lighting setups, and post-production editing.
• Professional background in education or training regarding visual storytelling and digital media optimization.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, creative growth, and consistency in brand representation.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex video projects for high-end developments in Dubai.
