Job Description:
We are seeking high-performing Sales Consultants to join our elite real estate advisory team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage high-value transactions for management and investment review. You will be responsible for advisory-based selling, deal structuring, and closing property transactions for international and local investors. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in the Dubai Real Estate Market and a proactive approach to negotiation and deal support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute advisory-based selling to meet management and performance-driven revenue targets.
- Structure high-value property deals in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in transaction documentation and client communications.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to utilize in-house lead generation and personal branding support.
- Provide strategic financial insights to international and local investors while maintaining exclusive access to premium developer inventory.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to optimize sales workflows and professional negotiation processes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sales plus a relevant professional Certificate or RERA License.
- Proven professional experience specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong background in management of investor relations, deal closing, and market analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international investor behavior and negotiation (European languages advantage).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a self-motivated personality, and a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-performance investment initiatives in Dubai.
