Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Document Control & ACC Administrator to join our team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can act as the central authority for project documentation for management and technical review. You will be responsible for administering the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, managing correspondence, and providing data insights through Power BI dashboards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Project Administration and a proactive approach to QA/QC standards and ISO requirements. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement document control procedures to meet management and project compliance targets.
  • Manage and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in workflows, permissions, drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical teams to provide ACC training and user support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking documentation efficiency and ensuring adherence to QA/QC and ISO standards.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to handle project correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English accurately.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management plus a relevant professional Certificate.
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience specifically in document control within the construction sector.
  • Strong background in management and administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform (Mandatory).
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Power BI reporting, ISO requirements, and UAE project environments.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage documentation for large-scale construction projects in Sharjah.
