Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can serve as the first point of contact and manage front desk operations for management and patient flow review. You will be responsible for greeting patients, handling appointment bookings, and maintaining accurate medical records with high confidentiality. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Healthcare Customer Service and a positive, customer-focused attitude. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them upon arrival at our Dubai facility in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and appointment bookings to meet management and scheduling efficiency standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and dental staff regarding patient inquiries, records maintenance, and seamless scheduling.
  • Perform general administrative duties and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and scheduling tools for accurate data management and patient communication.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant certificate in Administration or Business from a recognized institution.
  • Prior professional experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong background in management of front desk operations, time management, and multitasking.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding medical ethics, confidentiality, and patient coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and specialized appointment scheduling tools.
