Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a trilingual professional who can manage front desk operations for management and visitor review. You will be responsible for handling daily inquiries, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing administrative support across various departments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Front Desk Operations and a proactive approach to office coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors to meet management and corporate hospitality standards.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly in English, Arabic, and French.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and administrative teams to ensure 100% data integrity in visitor logs and office records.
  • Coordinate courier services, mail handling, and deliveries to maintain a smooth workflow within the Dubai office.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to schedule meeting rooms and provide clerical support to various departments.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business Administration or a related academic discipline.
  • Professional experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory Fluency in English, Arabic, and French to support diverse client interactions.
  • Strong background in management of front desk operations, interpersonal communication, and multitasking.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding office coordination and clerical support.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a mandatory requirement to join immediately in the UAE.
