Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage front-desk operations for management and brand review. You will be responsible for visitor check-ins, managing communication hubs, and coordinating office administrative tasks. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk operations and visitor check-in procedures to meet management and service standard targets.
- Support administrative integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in meeting schedules, room bookings, and filing systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and oversee office supply requirements.
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries with a professional approach, ensuring the reception area reflects the high standards of a luxury brand.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office to optimize calendar management and professional administrative reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically within a receptionist or high-end customer service role.
- Strong background in management of telephone systems, visitor protocols, and administrative coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding luxury brand demeanor and cross-functional communication (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a luxury automotive facility in Dubai.
