Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food and beverage outlets in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can supervise day-to-day operations and manage restaurant teams for management and guest review. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food presentation, handling guest feedback professionally, and training team members on menu knowledge. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in F&B Service Standards and team leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service across Dubai F&B outlets.
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to meet management performance and service standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and culinary teams regarding staff training, service procedures, and menu knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation while professionally handling guest requests.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and POS systems for operational reporting and efficient service flow.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a supervisory role within the UAE F&B industry.
  • Strong background in management of restaurant teams, service quality, and upselling techniques.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
