Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at one of our branches in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can lead front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams for management and performance review. You will be responsible for driving business performance, maintaining luxury hygiene standards, and delivering an exceptional customer journey. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Upscale Restaurant Management and a proactive approach to profitability. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to meet management and service excellence targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate multi-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and elite service in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Finance teams regarding payroll, workforce planning, and staff scheduling.
- Track branch performance, including sales and expenses, to ensure 100% data integrity and profitability.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and POS systems to monitor inventory levels and execute marketing campaigns.
🔹 Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related academic discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience managing a luxury café or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong background in management of food safety standards, UAE labor laws, and hygiene regulations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding POS systems and basic accounting.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and quick decision-making under pressure in the UAE.
- Candidate must be female and currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
