Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef to lead the culinary operations for a luxury villa in Palm Jumeirah. This role is fundamental to the household framework, requiring a professional who can deliver exceptional dining experiences for management and family review. You will be responsible for menu design, sourcing premium seasonal ingredients, and managing kitchen inventory. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Fine Dining Techniques and a proactive approach to dietary adaptation and food safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare high-quality Mediterranean meals to meet management and dietary preference targets.
• Design creative menus in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in nutritional balance, inventory tracking, and food cost documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and household staff to source premium ingredients and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism while maintaining total discretion and confidentiality within a private residence.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to optimize inventory management and professional culinary reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Culinary Training plus a relevant professional Certificate in Mediterranean Cuisine.
• Proven professional experience specifically as a Private Chef or in High-End Fine Dining environments.
• Strong background in management of kitchen inventory, menu planning, and premium ingredient sourcing.
• Professional background in education or training regarding food safety standards and high-pressure service expectations.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, total discretion, and adaptability to private household needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support an UHNW family in Dubai (UAE residency preferred).
