About the Opportunity:

Coop House, an Italian-Mediterranean dining concept, is expanding in Dubai. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our growing culinary team, focusing on authentic Italian pizza production.

Key Responsibilities:

The Pizza Maker will manage the pizza station, including kneading and proofing dough, preparing toppings, baking pizzas (potentially in a specialty oven), and ensuring all products meet the Italian-Mediterranean concept’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of high-quality pizzas, managing the entire process from dough to final product.
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as per assigned role.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pizza station and kitchen area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Prior proven experience as a Pizza Maker is mandatory.
• Relevant skills in dough preparation, topping selection, and baking techniques.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and passion for delivering quality food.
• Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
