Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can connect high-demand markets in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar with our AI solutions for management and CTO review. You will be responsible for identifying clients ready to invest in secure AI and participating in final deal negotiations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Tech Sales and a proactive approach to regional networking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with regional clients ready to invest in secure AI solutions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Leverage a well-established network of CxO contacts to meet management and revenue targets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and technical teams regarding client requirements and market feedback.
- Participate actively in final deal negotiations alongside the CTO to ensure successful conversions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and CRM tools for efficient pipeline tracking and client data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B Tech Sales with a proven track record.
- Strong background in management of senior-level relationships (CxO) within the UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
- Professional background in education or training regarding AI technologies and corporate negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Comfortable working on a high-reward commission structure (20% per signed deal).
