Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant specializing in the fitness industry to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify B2B opportunities and build lasting client relationships for management and revenue review. You will be responsible for promoting fitness-related products, negotiating deals, and ensuring 100% satisfaction among corporate partners. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the fitness and wellness sector in Dubai.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners to meet management targets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal service teams regarding client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, explaining the technical value and wellness benefits.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and CRM tools for efficient market trend monitoring and business development tracking.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sports Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional B2B experience, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong background in management of client relationships, professional negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Professional background in education or training regarding sports science, health trends, or corporate sales strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment with a genuine passion for fitness.
